
Dealing smoothly with warranty claims
IT Matters will work with the manufacturer to arrange the repair of any faults where the product you’ve bought is still covered by warranty.
This could mean we simply send the product back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, or we could carry out the repair on behalf of the manufacturer.
